How to order?

 First, you need to contact one of our sales representitives (by email,skype,whatsapp,phone or online quotation form) to discuss order details. Our sales will answer all your questions and give price quotation within 24 hours. If you agree,a proof will be sent in time for your approval. After this, you complete payment and then we start production for your orders. Finally,after a period of production,our logistic staffs will arrange the shipment of your order and a tracking number will be given to you.

Is there a MOQ requirement?

 Actually, there is no MOQ limit for most of our products,you can order any quantity, even 1pc is ok. However,it's strongly recommended to order at least 500 cards at a time. The more the cheaper.

 

How long will my orders arrived?

 Different product require different time for production. For card products, our standard production time is if quantity under 10,000pcs 7 days while 100,000pcs 12-15 days. For lanyard or Custom RFID tags including RFID wristbands, RFID keyfobs, inlay, it requires longer time about 10-20 days depends on quantity. As for the shipping, we offer door to door express service such as DHL, Fedex, UPS,TNT,Aramex. Normally 3-5 days you can receive your orders.

 

Do you do custom die cuts?

 Well,KeyTagSmart is well-renowned by our superb custom printing products. Here at KeyTagSmart, you can configure any shape, dimension,stock, any craft,as long as you imagine,we can make it happen.

 

For some reason,I have to cancel my order,what will you do?

 We are sorry to hear that but you can cancel the order as long as production is not started. If you have to revise the artwork after confirming the job,please contact us at the first time you make the decision of cancellation. 30% cancellation fee will be charged if we've opened film but still not start bulk printing for your order. However, if the order is already under production,your money won't be refund.

I am a reseller,what if need you to ship my cards to my customer direct, will you contact my customer in any case?

 To be honest, our standard production time is shorter than other competitors.You can try our expedited production service if you really need your parcel in a hurry. We'll choose the fastest shipping method as well. And this rush service only cost 50 us dollars.

 

Are your smart chip 100% original?

 At KeyTagSmart, all smart chips or RFID transponders are 100% authentic which was imported from official company who produce the chips. All chips have 2 years warranty. You can feel rested.
